SUMMARY

this PR does a few things

  • switches RHEL7.7 for control node to RHEL8
  • switches node1, node2, node3 for RHEL lab to RHEL8
  • adds solution to RHEL exercise 1.3

@Spredzy I can't get this to pass CI but both myself and @cloin have this working locally from our laptops. I am not sure how to troubleshoot it. Is the name of the workshops unique everytime its tested? I am wondering if a key is stuck somewhere...
