Fixes reading material properties on v150 through v212:

from ansys.mapdl import reader as pymapdl_reader
from ansys.mapdl.reader import examples
rst = pymapdl_reader.read_binary(examples.rstfile)
rst.materials
{'EX': 16900000.0, 'NUXY': 0.31, 'DENS': 0.00041408}}
