• fix crash issue

• change panel open/close behavior (#62)
  • clicking any empty area (not game area) will hide/show the panel
  • button panel no longer overlaps the game area. It now resizes the game to fit the rest of the screen.
  • removed the swipe/click options in setting page
• change back press behavior (#62)
  • now show a toast instead of message dialog
  • pressing back button once on browser page also shows the button panel
• update "Start with Audio OFF" behavior
  • due to kc game update, this option can be only used in DMM Direct.
