Fixes a couple of memory issues found after running Valgrind
Hides move and copy package actions under "BXT_EXPERIMENTAL_COPY_MOVE" cmake flag as they are not yet ready for use.
Makes access token live for 2 hours instead of 15 minutes to mitigate anydistro#142
Together with increasing token lifetime helps to mitigate anydistro#142
