    …repository to links

When the GitHub integration is enabled and a footer value is a relative path to a file that exists in the repository (in the default branch), convert the footer into a link to that file in the GitHub Web UI

  2. Recoginize repository file references in Markdown links 

    When a footer value is a Markdown link with a relative path to a file that exists in the repository (in the default branch), convert the footer into a link to that file in the GitHub Web UI
