Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.

Currently trying to use the *_dyn comparison kernels on an interval types results in a not supported error, this despite the underlying data being stored in PrimitiveArray and therefore comparable.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should be possible to use *_dyn comparison kernels on Interval arrays

Additional context

Encountered whilst working on #1053
