Understanding failures:

Persistent failures not related to Beam (not concerning)

• PostCommit Java IO Performance Tests (2 cancelled, 1 failing) - auth issues
• Various ARM Failures (example) (2 failing) - intermittent, but caused by issues with the Dataflow service, not Beam. Tracked here and also internally by Dataflow eng.
• PostCommit Java Dataflow (2 failing) - ManagedBQ test issue (not problem with connector itself - Add temp location to batch file loads #33115
• java Tests / Test Results (1 failing) - this is a bad check, it got put on the wrong check - [Bug]: Checks added by GHA step attached to irrelevant test #29091
