I guess we could merge and then go through the failing tests

Ok, I'll merge it asap, I'll need more time on Camel side for the jetty upgrade

Locally I had these failures:

Camel SB Starters :: AWS2-S3
Camel SB Starters :: Consul
Camel SB Starters :: DNS
Camel SB Starters :: Ehcache
Camel SB Starters :: Jasypt
Camel SB Starters :: Kubernetes
Camel SB Starters :: MongoDB
Camel SB Starters :: Netty
Camel SB Starters :: Platform HTTP
Camel SB Starters :: Reactive Streams
Camel SB Starters :: REST
Camel SB Starters :: Salesforce
Camel SB Starters :: Undertow
Camel SB Starters :: Vertx HTTP
Camel SB Starters :: Vertx Websocket
Camel SB Starters :: Zookeeper
Camel SB :: Integration Tests

Some of them due to jetty version mismatch, once I am done with the jetty upgrade, I'll get back to these failures
