Apps with multiple targets get their bundleids in those targets not overwritten anymore
Description
Requires two changes in the xcode package apache/cordova-node-xcode#106 and
apache/cordova-node-xcode#79
RELEASED in xcode package 3.0.0
Testing
Can be tested with an app with multiple targets with this branch https://github.com/GEDYSIntraWare/cordova-ios/tree/targetfixed
