We need to upgrade to the latest LTS release 3.15.

@RishiRajAnand I didn't see anything about this in the Apache ML - could at least send a HEADS UP?

@RishiRajAnand @pefernan any update on this?

@tiagobento as I mentioned in the ML, I think this is important, but I wouldn't handle this as a blocker.

@porcelli Currently we have one remaining test failure on Kogito-runtimes to fix . I am already looking into it with @pefernan. The failures are during live reload of kogito app in quarkus dev mode. I'll keep you posted.

@RishiRajAnand looking at the Runtimes PR, I can see that you ensembled many PRs, but I'm missing one for https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-tools

@ricardozanini kie-tools can only be upgraded after runtimes being merged and a new weekly used.
