Improvement proposal

• I'm not sure if I should report this here, as I have been unable to determine in which ASF JIRA module Maven Site issues should be reported for 2 years.
• From my perspective, the content of https://maven.apache.org/repository/guide-central-repository-upload.html is outdated. I am referring to the explanation around Open Source Software Repository Hosting (OSSRH).
• 
• According to https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-portal-maven/#wait-for-publishing , everyone is no longer allowed to register new OSSRH accounts. New developers must register an account at https://central.sonatype.com/ and use the Maven Plugin of org.sonatype.central:central-publishing-maven-plugin directly to upload artifacts.
• Perhaps the documentation could be updated appropriately, or the third-party links could be referenced directly from Maven Central.

This site should be minimized as most possible, and only add link to one Sonatype current documentation.

We not need duplicate documentation.

I don't see where it says "everyone is no longer allowed to register new OSSRH accounts". I might be missing something. Where precisely does it say this?

@elharo See https://central.sonatype.org/register/central-portal/ . This is a restriction for new users. I can't find the registration entrance for OSSRH at all.
