Thks for reporting. The page would need a cleanup first all the [+ ... +] should be simplified to [ ... ] and the C++ in anchor should be replaced by C{pp} as it messup the parsing.

Older content is here. @vieiro @geertjanw can we import that ?
How to you reach the page that link to that ? (cnd is not supposed "available")
