Add wide screen formats to Presentation Wizard. Remove option for slides.
Beware: Because of the string changes this can only be merged when we have a working translation process and are able to provide updated SDF files shortly after. |

Tested. Works perfectly (except for the Preview, which didn't work anyway). Excellent "new" feature that was really missing in AOO! |
