[Improve][Doc] Update the doc structure

Purpose of this pull request

This PR try to update doc.

1. Moved common-option.md to one level above the connector to make it easier to find.
2. Modify the titles of some English documents and use upper camel case.
3. Removed unmaintained connector release status page.
4. Adjust the structure of the Intro To Config File page. The original structure is a bit confusing.
5. Term optimization for What's more in quick start page.
