Edit Dataset Table Selector Overlap

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Expected results

Dropdown selector to select a table should not be overlapped so user can scroll and select their table.

Actual results

The table is overlapped by the button toolbar.

How to reproduce the bug

1. From Explore, click "Edit Dataset"
2. Click the lock button to make changes
3. Select a Database and Schema
4. Try to select a table
