Blinking explorer window while loading data in tabular vizualization and blinking dashboard screen while adding markdown

1. Go to explorer
2. select tabular type
3. apply metric and dimension
4. See error

report without blinking the screen

screen is blinking, cant produce in screenshot

Relates to #22784 which still seems to be haunting us a bit. Keeping this one open since the other one is closed. Are you perchance seeing this with the heatmap chart or any other chart?

this kind of issues shows superset is not a stable product,

I'm seeing the blinking chart when editing a heatmap chart in 2.1.0rc2.

Experiencing similar problems with heatmap and worldmap. This issue also persists when embedding separate chart on another website even when provided with enough space. I've also noticed some charts get a vertical scroll bar even though there's only a couple of pixels to scroll. This make the tool not very usable unless you're using the complete dashboard.

I can confirm that on Superset 2.1.0 this issues is Fixed.
