Unable to copy paste comma separated values in Filters

• I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included it here as text if any
• I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset
• I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar

In the previous versions of superset (or caravel) comma separated list can be copy pasted which would generate an OR druid query. In the latest version, all the values are considered as a single brick.
This can be very inconvenient to paste a large number of values.
