Feature: adc version should also return APISIX version #65

Description

Running adc version currently returns the version of ADC. But ideally, it should also return the APISIX server version. The version of etcd might also be good to show to a user.

> adc version   
adc version: v0.2.0 - eb03f11560b48351a2da3d9ef04862697b539c6e
APISIX version: v3.5.0
etcd version: vX.Y.Z
