Project structure changed

A wrong project structure led to test-related stuff being included into the package, causing problem on the Mac.

Project is now Mac-OS-compatible

All functions with a "∆" in their names are removed from the project: the Mac-OS can stand them.
Otherwise the software is unchanged.

Process uses :Hold now

• Process now uses :Hold for preventing itself from running twice in two threads.
• Documentation polished
• Dependencies updated
• "Make" now uses the MakeHelpers package and is called by the newly introduced Admin.Make function
