Reverts #5167, which reverted the original #4626 by @Meschreiber — I do actually think the failing tests are a result of something in the PR, in the form of docs. This should be re-analyzed!

  • step - Basic stress test that steps up the number of users over time

  • const - Basic stress test that runs with a constant number of users
