Proposed changes
When I investigated appium/python-client#234, I noticed chrome driver hasn't supported W3C fully yet.
Thus, in this PR, I'd like to mention the W3C related known issue in
chromedriver.md.I also append some chrome driver/chrome versions following existing documentation.
