#issue-1846 fixed by updating imp to importlib. #2170

Updates imp to importlib in setup.py file. The load_source function being used was replaced with importlib's spec_from_file_location. This should address issues with future python support.

@YifanShenSZ this may resolve an issue we've seen publishing https://github.com/ultralytics/ultralytics to Conda once coremltools is updated on PyPI. Do you know when the next release will be?
