Description
New crane release (https://github.com/google/go-containerregistry/releases/tag/v0.15.1) includes a fix for this issue (google/go-containerregistry#1679, PR google/go-containerregistry#1681). This fixes our mirror from GAR to DockerHub using
crane copy, so we can switch back from usingdocker pull && pushAlso minor change to how we're calculating checksums.
