The search button only performs a search on a page level

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you
want to happen.
The search button should perform the action on the entire list

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 10 buckets/user on the UI and list 5 items per page. When conducting a search, if the last or a specific element falls on the next page, it will not be listed.
