690 Rhino hud colorbar with conduit

Description

• auto installs Conduit.gha by Proving Ground Apps
• checks for previous installations of Conduit
• draws a colorbar HUD into the Rhino Viewport
• draws a plot of cumulative window irradiation
• added Conduit MIT license attribution

• Remove debugging artifacts (if needed)
• Rebuild the Setup_Hive.exe
• Update Hive Wiki (if needed)
• Update InformationalVersion attribute in Hive.IO/Properties/AssemblyInfo.cs (if it's a new release)
• Update most important Grasshopper template(s); as of now /GrasshopperExamples/LectureExercises/EaCS3_E04_Hive_Template.gh

• I re-activated the individual "window solar irradiation" plot
• used default palettes for it
• and added a separate HUD toggle
• corrected the labels ("... irradiance (W)" for the curve plots and "annual irradiation (kWh/m2a)" for the colorbar)
• added conduit also to the parametric_template.gh
