Sonoff ZB Bridge Pro: Status 99 after upgrading to Koenkk firmware 20240710 (SonoffZBPro_coord_20240710.hex) #22635
-
PROBLEM DESCRIPTIONI upgraded to the newest Zigbee-Firmware, which I believe is https://github.com/arendst/Tasmota/blob/development/tools/fw_SonoffZigbeeBridgePro_cc2652/SonoffZBPro_coord_20240710.hex The flashing indicated no issues and it seemingly went fine. After restarting the device the bootlog tells me:
And obviously Zigbee does not work. I deleted all files that relate to paired devices but that did not change it. I tried the templates in the Submenu Autoconf, the one with TCP (TCP ZBBridge Pro) and the one without TCP in the name. The one with TCP in the name does not try to initialize the Zigbee-Module and just opens a socket. I assume this is for a remote Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA instance, which is not what I was using before and I do not intend to use. I wanted to keep using Z2T, just with the most recent firmware. Console output here:
TO REPRODUCEI assume upgrade from Zigbee-Firmware 2022 to 2024, I am surprised other do not seem to have this issue. EXPECTED BEHAVIOURJust the most recent Zigee-Firmware, perhaps re-pairing the devices and that should be it. |

I think all i experienced was a corrupted file for
SonoffZBPro_coord_20240710.hex
. After deleting the previous hex file (pressing the flame), downloading a fresh copy and upgrading it now works as expected 🤷So, i can confirm, the 2024 coordinator firmware works on Sonoff Zigbee Pro and i did not even have to re-pair the connected devices. Thank you!
