Fix DNS resolv in InfluxDB #18025

Description:

Related issue (if applicable): fixes #18015

InfluxDB was using (indirectly) Arduino's Wifi.getHostByName() which seems to create some issues with Tasmota recent changes in DNS.
This change use Tasmota's WifiGetHostByName() which solve some delays in connection.

Checklist:

  • The code change is tested and works with Tasmota core ESP8266 V.2.7.4.9
  • The code change is tested and works with Tasmota core ESP32 V.2.0.7

There are still things that are not clear on the behavior of the httpClient
