SCD40 ready for virtual I2C

Description:

Changes:

• make SCD40 driver compatible with virtual Serial I2C bus
• reduce log levels. no data available is downgraded to LOG_LEVEL_DEBUG_MORE since it's normal operation to have no data available for a while (we could even remove it). LOG_LEVEL_ERROR is reserved for near-fatal errors in Tasmota, simple errors in SCD40 are downgraded to LOG_LEVEL_INFO since they don't have Tasmota-wide impact.
