Unassigned

It is quite important to find tasks not assigned, since they are "lost" and need help

Target before

We need to be able to easily find all tasks with a due date before a certain date. That way if our milestones all end on 1 Feb, we can quickly search for their tasks without manually adding all the right milestones

Due before

We already have 'due by today' which is great, but we need to be able to add arbitrary dates in order to better plan

UI

While the current UI is fast and quick to use, it isn't discoverable. We need some drop down options. Youtrack have a really brilliant query editor but I'm not sure we could hope to write something as nice in a limited time. But perhaps?
