Installation enhancement

  • Clone latest version when using get.avd.sh
  • Same behavior for atd / toi endpoints
  • Create a new target for dev to get latest devel version using get.avd.sh/dev

CI enhancement

  • Automatically create index.html for all folders if install.sh exists
