Describe the solution you'd like

As Cloudvision Ansible collection has released a new version of all the core modules, it would be nice to migrate arista.avd.eos_config_deploy_cvp to this version with a trigger to select one or another version.

Also use cv_configlet_v3 as base for arista.avd.cvp_configlets_upload role
