This update patched the go compiler bug (or feature) in v1.19 regarding the os.Exec relative path on Windows host.
Launcher is only updated if the update protocol has changed. If you cannot find the version of launcher that matches your arozos version, just use the latest one from the release page.
Example :
Latest version of arozos: 2.012
Latest version of launcher: 2.011
=> Use the 2.011 launcher
