Pinta WebP Addin

This addin provides support for the [WebP image format] 1.

##Notes

This addin uses Google's libwebp library. This library is available in the repository for most Linux systems, and will be bundled with the addin for Windows and Mac users.

All bugs should be reported to the issue tracker on this Github page, not to the main Pinta bug tracker.
