Fixed a bug which freezed Firefox

Also removed small TypeError: document.querySelector(...) by untranslateChannelViewMainVideo. By adding checks to make untranslateChannelViewMainVideo only run on pages it should run on.

This version reflects the YouTube design changes, and it is much closer to the Chrome version (the HTML sent to Chrome and Firefox is finally the same).
There are some improvements over the Chrome version: You don't need to reload the page to turn the addon off or on.

1.4.8 release

Third release to addons.mozilla.org (forked from Chrome version). There are no Firefox specific changes in this 1.4.8 release. This version doesn't always work in Firefox, that is why the 1.5 version was developed and released.
