resolves #88 update quick ref with 0-1-4 changes #104

I think this captures the 0.1.4 syntax and attributes that apply to the quick reference guide.
In some places I just mentioned that additional attributes, styles, or options were available and linked to the appropriate section in the User manual.
Now, I think it is time to spin off separate issues for editing and refining the quick reference guide per different topics (i.e. a very simple syntax quick ref, an attribute quick ref, etc.)

Thanks! Lots of good stuff. Granted, the page isn't so quick anymore, but nonetheless I'm starting to use it much more often as a reference :)
