- Changed all previous 12 data files and code entries to 13. - Added new data files for epoch 12. - Updated `VAST_PILOT.stmoc.fits`. - Added code warnings about epoch 12. - Added docs warnings about epoch 12.

I've added warnings to the the init functions of the MOC and Query class. I decided to not put it on the Survey classes as these are used internally by the code so you'd have them popping up everywhere.
