Official alpha release

Release notes

This marks the first official pre-release of deregtext, @askmarkio's first application on his journey to learn how to program.

As I learn and explore, I will follow a full process of releasing and deploying where I can. I mean, a former build & release engineer should be able to do that much, right? 😁

Note: Supports Python >= 3.6. PIL is required: pip install pillow
