Currently,
ASTRIA_CONDUCTOR_CELESTIA_BLOCK_TIME_MSandASTRIA_SEQUENCER_RELAYER_BLOCK_TIMEenvironment variables are hard coded in the charts, the variables determines polling frequency and thus should be easily configurable.Changes
