I manually changed the readthedocs latest build to temporarily point to this branch and can confirm that it built successfully: https://sense-hat.readthedocs.io/en/latest/. This branch can be merged. |

The documentation is in need of an update (and centralisation...), and pythonhosted.org is deprecated. This PR sets up readthedocs.
