astro organization team create should have same prompts for naming as astro deployment create

The new astro organization team create command doesn't indicate that you need to provide a name in the command, which is how similar commands work (they'll prompt you if you don't provide one). But if you try to run the command without giving a Team name, you get an error.

Use the same prompting feature as in other commands to let users run the command without entering a name.
