Gutenberg support

This release brings basic Gutenberg support. This plugin is in maintenance but not in very active development. Polylang Pro has this feature built-in and actively developed so I recommend supporting the creator of Polylang.

PHP 7.2 compatibility

Replace deprecated create_function call. Props @tomimaen.

Polylang Pro compatibility & syntax error fix

Plugin is now compatible with Polylang Pro content duplication (if you have that enabled, this plugin won't do anything). If you are using the Pro version, you don't really need this plugin.

Props @k1sul1 found a rare syntax error when post is a parent of attachments that are not inside content or in featured image. This is now fixed.
