Add Auth0-PHP to Libraries section #7118

Big PR here ... this moves all the SDK documentation from the repo README to the docs site Libraries section. Specifically:

  • Created 6 new pages:
    • Auth0-PHP Introduction
    • Auth0-PHP Basic Use
    • Auth0-PHP Authentication API
    • Auth0-PHP Management API
    • Auth0-PHP Troubleshooting
    • Auth0-PHP JWT Validation
  • Moved in the documentation from the README (after a thorough review) and updated the code samples
  • Added a few additional tasks

Once this is merged, I'll put through the change on the SDK repo (auth0/auth0-php#312).
