Summary

Fix Links on info page open in app #83
- Added missing target to info links
Fix Add Non-Incentivized Testnet Warning in App #92
- @ImmaZoni we can use only a label with no tooltip.
- Or we can use a grey label + tooltip. If so, please update the lang file with a better description if necesary

I changed the tooltip message to: Rewards (tSSC) you earn from farming do not and will not hold a real value throughout the testnet phase.

You are more than welcome to adjust/tweak this.
My vote is on grey background, white text option.
