This PR removes the TokenVM.
The TokenVM does not currently provide much utility as an additional example because it's nearly identical to MorpheusVM and it adds duplicate code that needs to be continually fixed alongside the MorpheusVM example, which creates unnecessary work.
We can consider adding this back after removing the duplicate code created between multiple VM implementations.
