Adjusted some HUD bsp definitions to correct their color
Combined (optimized?) the tri list for some of the HUD bsps
Added a z-offset option to HUD bsp placement to stop z-fighting on the gauges
Fixed the positioning of the booster label in one of the HUD presets
Kill feed will no longer hang around after the game ends.
