Added support for LibreELEC 12 (Rpi4/5 and x64). The architecture for RPi 4/5 add-on has changed from arm6v to aarch64 in LE12.
QT was upgraded to 5.15.13 and patched.
The add-ons for LibreELEC 11 remain the same as in the previous version. LE11 will no longer be supported in the future.
Add-ons are based on HyperHDR v20 release.
