Description

Adds Go environment variables to fix build/deployment problems with the parameter parser lambda.

Testing

Deployed to an AWS account using the updated scrit.
Tested several provisioning artifacts on the Lambda console with the parameter parser.


          Fixes deployment problems with cgo
