How does one see the details of the ws2022 failed test? |

The ws2022 was a timeout, I'm guessing because of the non-matching base image now. We will need to update the test images to use the latest ltcs as well for a more accurate test pass. But this is not blocked by that. Will add a work item on our end to update those images regularly |

This updates the windows base images for the integ test so we actually use the latest ones.
