What type of PR is this?

Addresses the issue raised in #2963
Installer / Config Manager Terraform wasn't gracefully creating ENIConfig without this Schema Spec.

This was auto generated

kubebuilder create api --group webapp --version v1 --kind ENIConfig

Copied the existing type from https://github.com/aws/amazon-vpc-cni-k8s/blob/189f00f64f3e0b0bd0f3b8eff070aed3f0ba32b6/pkg/apis/crd/v1alpha1/eniconfig_types.go

make manifests

Since both securityGroup and subnets are listed in spec, it is taking them as required.

Once this is enforced ENIConfigs can't be applied unless securityGroups are specified, currently securityGroups are optional since we default to default security group if this field is not specified

Yeah, we discussed internally about this since it would be needed for upgrades and downgrades..

* Mount /run/xtables.lock as FileOrCreate (#2841)

Otherwise, if the file doesn't already exist on the host at startup, it will be created as a directory. This breaks (among other things) `kube-proxy`, which leads to the AWS CNI not being able to reach the API-server, which leads to the node being stuck in `NotReady` state.

* Soak Test for CNI.

Soak Test runs a fundamental test, like connectivity across pods
launched in both primary and secondary eni interfaces.

It launches pods, tests connectivity, tears them down, and repeats this
process for 1 hour. The run time configurable with how long we want to
run the soak test.

This test helps in discoverying race condition issues, compatiblity
issues with underlying AMI.

* Mount /run/xtables.lock as FileOrCreate (aws#2841)

Otherwise, if the file doesn't already exist on the host at startup, it will be created as a directory. This breaks (among other things) `kube-proxy`, which leads to the AWS CNI not being able to reach the API-server, which leads to the node being stuck in `NotReady` state.

* Soak Test for CNI. (aws#2915)

* Soak Test for CNI.

Soak Test runs a fundamental test, like connectivity across pods
launched in both primary and secondary eni interfaces.

It launches pods, tests connectivity, tears them down, and repeats this
process for 1 hour. The run time configurable with how long we want to
run the soak test.

This test helps in discoverying race condition issues, compatiblity
issues with underlying AMI.

Otherwise, if the file doesn't already exist on the host at startup, it will be created as a directory. This breaks (among other things) `kube-proxy`, which leads to the AWS CNI not being able to reach the API-server, which leads to the node being stuck in `NotReady` state.

Soak Test runs a fundamental test, like connectivity across pods

This test helps in discoverying race condition issues, compatiblity

Otherwise, if the file doesn't already exist on the host at startup, it will be created as a directory. This breaks (among other things) `kube-proxy`, which leads to the AWS CNI not being able to reach the API-server, which leads to the node being stuck in `NotReady` state.
