Reason for this change

There are three PredefinedMetricType values missing from the enum:

• SageMakerInferenceComponentConcurrentRequestsPerCopyHighResolution
• SageMakerVariantConcurrentRequestsPerModelHighResolution
• WorkSpacesAverageUserSessionsCapacityUtilization
